Welcome to our new website!  We hope that homeowners will use this website to gain valuable information about the Association!  

Please contact management using the link to the right of the page OR use the registration button at the top of the page so that you have access to all documents and can receive email or text updates about the community!  You will then receive an invitation to join.  After reviewing membership in the community, you will be able to register your account and access all areas of the website.

While there are many different sub-associations in Bent Tree, this website provides information for the following borderlines:

  • SW 140 Ave to 53rd Street

If you are purchasing or selling a property in Bent Tree, you or your realtor should contact Padron, Montoro & Hartney, LLP, at 305-253-2000 to start the process to obtain an Estoppel Letter.

A property inspection will be done by Property Management prior to the closing and five days notice is required.

If you plan to rent the property after purchase, you MUST complete the Rental Application, pay the required fees for background checks, and have your tenant APPROVED PRIOR to moving into the unit.

There is NO application process for ownership in the Association.

All homeowners are part of two Associations:

Bent Tree 1B HOA, Inc.
*Fees collected quarterly starting in January
*Currently $153.00 a quarter

Bent Tree Community Association, Inc.
*Fees collected once a year
*Currently $100 annually
